Digital products sold through HighFear (including PDF guides and workbooks) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased products with third parties. All sales are processed securely through Stripe.
Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the product is defective, not as described, or fails to download. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end; please allow 48–72 hours for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement depending on your financial institution. We do not offer refunds for change of mind on digital products once they have been accessed or downloaded.
5. User-Submitted Content
By submitting a story, comment, or any other content to HighFear, you grant HighFear a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to publish, display, and distribute that content on the site.
